Why Do Some Make Money With Paid Online Surveys and Others Not?

Aug 21, 2008 @ 08:04 pm by articles

There are three reasons; Their list of survey makers, their diligence in signing up, and their location.

1. To really get money for surveys you need to sign up with good survey makers who offer legitimate paid online surveys. There are over 700 survey makers in the U.S., over 3,000 worldwide. About 20% of these are first rate. Another 40% are 2nd tier. They usually pay but not so well. 40% are no-pay/low-pay, to be avoided.

You need a good list of good survey makers. There is no such thing as a “free list”. Every list is either being paid for by the user (the prospective survey taker) or the survey makers. Good survey makers don’t pay for new recruits. Bad ones do. So that lower 40% are highly represented on “free lists”.

Your best bet is to find a good paid survey site that accepts and guides members, and maintains good lists for its members. Pick one with a strong money-back guarantee and a low refund rate. An excellent source is Paid Survey Site Rankings

2. To make any real money you need to sign up with a number of good survey makers. I’m not talking about 25-50, I mean 150-200. You won’t qualify for all or even very many of the surveys. Surveys are aimed at specific groups, differentiated by gender, age, location, education level, income level, interests, etc.

One survey maker might only have 3 or 4 that match your profile, that you will qualify for, in a year! Still, get a couple of $10 and $25 surveys and it’s $70 a year. Do that with 200 survey makers and it’s $14,000 a year, over $1,000 a month! Sign up with fewer, make less money. There are also other factors at work. 3. Surveys are about money and people. If you live in an affluent, densely populated area such as the megalopolis from Washington, D.D. to Boston, or around Chicago or Southern California, etc., you can expect to get many surveys and make significant money with them.

If, on the other hand, you live in a sparsely populated rural area of the Dakotas, Wyoming, Alabama, etc., you should expect much fewer surveys because potential vendors will have less interest. Good marketplace, lots of money being spent; many surveys. Poor marketplace, not much money; few surveys.

A simple step to curbing food addiction naturally

Aug 21, 2008 @ 05:03 pm by articles

You will go through life meeting people who will give you 10 ways to stop food cravings, 7 strategies to curb your food addiction, six ways to that and 5 tips to this and that and when they are gone ? with your money – they will leave you broke and still addicted to food.

You see as, people we are driven by needs, we live our lives in pursuit of something. Sometimes we may not know what it is but we know we are not content. Opportunists know this and they thrive on it. They thrive on this human weakness of always looking for something more. Why do you think there are so many versions of a software, sequels of a movie, added ingredients on a face lotion and what have you.

The second thing that these opportunist thrive on is people’s desire for instant gratification. For someone living with food addiction, he or she may buy a health pack that promises to help stop food cravings instantly simple because it promises quick delivery. When it fails to do that, the very person who was selling the health pack will come back with another ?new and improved? pack in a matter of days to get your next month’s paycheck.

People living with food addiction are known to be desperate and willing to try anything to stop. This is why I say, food addiction can have financial consequences not only through buying expensive junk food but also in trying to stop them by applying the wrong methods.

I believe a simple step to curbing food cravings naturally is sitting yourself down and having a serious talk with yourself. This sounds silly but you’d be surprised to know how many people actually do this in their own private space. Even well known speakers are known to talk to themselves in the bathroom or bedroom before a big presentation. So sit yourself in front of a mirror and confront yourself.

Once you start opening you will start to discover things you did not really know about you. Depending on where the conversation goes, you will start to identify your food craving triggers and will find solutions about what to do to prevent it. As long as you don’t take this lightly it can work.

By the way I suggest you keep a diary of your conversations as a point of reference later on. It is so inspiring to read something you wrote years back and to realize that you have actually achieved what you set out to achieve.

In essence, what I am trying to say is, you have it all within you to stop your food addictions. Of course you will need to gain some knowledge about your body and your food craving triggers. In some instances finding a good mentor might even be a necessity.

Curbing food cravings naturally does not happen overnight – so be patient. Find the right support group such as people at work, forums online, mentors etc who will understand and help you on your quest.

Exotic birds come in many varieties, but among the vast array, the Cokatoos is the one most desired by pet lovers. This particular sort is smart, solid, and highly mobile.

Choosing the perfect Cokatoos.

Before being an owner of a Cokatoo, you must understand that they are much more aggressive birds than some of the other exotic birds like Amazon parrots, lorikeets etc. When looking for the perfect exotic bird as a pet, I recommend staying away from the ones that seem to be sitting idle. The fact is that such birds might be ill or are suffering from certain kinds of sickness.

In choosing a bird, examine the feathers and select the one with a smooth cover. The bird’s feathers must also be shiny and laying flat down on its body to indicate that they are in good physical condition.

It is also important to examine the feathers that surround the mouth. They should be free from dirt and grime, and they should be dry. Make sure that the feathers are free of fecal materials as well to be sure that the one that you are purchasing is in perfect condition.

Buying this variety of bird is expensive, so you should ensure you are getting what you pay for by throughly examining the bird before paying for it and bringing it home.

look good at birds feet Make sure that the scales are smooth, the nails look strong and nice. Next, make sure the bird has a smooth beak with a nice shape and clean nostrils to allow it to breath easily.
